This Privacy Policy explains how Zeitio LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Arrow Escape (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Arrow Escape does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device & usage information — device model, operating-system version, app version, language, general app-interaction and in-game events.
- Diagnostics & crash data — crash logs and diagnostic information used to keep the App stable.
- Advertising identifiers & approximate location — used by our advertising provider to serve ads. For users identified as children, only non-personalized ads are served.
2. How we use information
We use this information only to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the App, to fix crashes and bugs, and to display advertising that helps keep the App free. We do not sell your personal information.

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process information under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services — Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob (advertising) — How Google uses data
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics & Remote Config (Google) — Firebase Privacy & Security
4. Children’s privacy
Arrow Escape is suitable for a general audience, including children. We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown to children is treated as child-directed: it is non-personalized, and ad content is limited to a general (“G”) audience rating. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Data retention & security
Information collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices
You can reset or limit ad tracking through your device’s advertising settings. Where required by law, the App presents a consent prompt letting you manage how your data is used for advertising. You may also purchase the “Remove Ads” option to stop ad-related data collection.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
