These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arrow Escape mobile application (the “Game”), provided by Zeitio LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game, except where permitted by law;
• Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related services;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertisements. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s payment terms. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual items (such as hints or hearts) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4. Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Ads shown to players identified as children are limited to non-personalized, age-appropriate content in accordance with applicable policies and law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such change. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version is effective when posted on this page.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its design, code, artwork, levels, and the “Arrow Escape” name and logo, is owned by Zeitio LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeitio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Children

Arrow Escape is suitable for a general audience, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zeitio LLC’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
